Arriving at Haus Magdalene after a city break, we found a cozy Art Nouveau-style guest house just a 5-minute walk from the center of Bad Schwartau. The room was stylish and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom with complimentary toiletries, and a TV.Despite the small language barrier, the owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even helping us decipher the local German menu at a recommended pub restaurant. The personal touch truly made our stay memorable.The location was convenient, with various sports activities nearby, such as mini golf and tennis, ideal for family fun. Being a short drive from Lübeck city center and the seaside, we had plenty of options for exploration.The breakfast area was tastefully furnished, offering a good start to the day. The free Wi-Fi and parking added to the overall convenience of our stay.
